Meet our Team!
Amanda Burnette, owner + lead designer
My name is Amanda, and I'm lead flower brain around these parts. I've chased creative pursuits for my entire life- from hot gluing household objects together as a kid to now making a living by playing with the colors and textures flowers provide.
I started designing flowers in 2013, and went full time with Amanda Burnette Flower Design in 2015. Being a small business owner is the most rewarding thing I’ve done, and also the craziest.
I married my handsome partner in 2012, and we live with our two pugs- Ollie and Miri. In the few years since buying our home, we've grown to fancy ourselves gardeners, (#burnettefarms) where my goal is to grow interesting flower varieties and LOTS of tomatoes!
In my downtime, I enjoy drinking lots of hot coffee, reading and binge watching TV. I excel at painting my own nails and have an affinity for tragically expensive candles and vegan ice cream. I refuse to garden with gloves on and frequently wear shoes that are inappropriate for the given situation.

The Team
We am NOTHING without our team. We’ve been incredibly lucky to have a small but dedicated crew of freelancers, designers, and helpers be a part of our crew- some for as long as five years.
They share their days + weekends with me, sweat it out, climb ladders, handle the most delicate product, windex + drive lots of miles in uHaul vans with me. Thankfully, they agree to Prom Pose together when the circumstances allow, model bouquets, learn new skills, and put up with my weird podcast and music preferences.
